How do I browse?
You can browse by product group, using the list on the left side of the screen, which allow you to refine your search as you progress .
Alternatively you can browse by brand by selecting the brand you would like to see from the suggestions displayed. For a full list of brands, click on the Browse by Brand.
How does search work?
Enter a brief description of the product you are looking for in the Product Search box which is displayed at the top of every page. The suggestions will be displayed on the page and items we think may also be of interest will be displayed at the right hand side.

What are the delivery charges?
We offer Nationwide mainland delivery on all of our products, excluding Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man (prices available on request) We regret we do not currently have facilities to ship products outside the UK.
- Standard delivery is £4.95 for orders below £75.00 or free if order totals over £75.00,
- Each item is individually wrapped to protect it and your order will be delivered straight to your door
- Some items are more bulky or heavy and these are identified with a symbol
Delivery charge for these items is £15.00 regardless of order value
- Very heavy or very bulky items are identified with two symbols
and will incur £25.00 delivery charge
How do I register?
Click on My Account from the home page to register your details - we can keep you informed of any special offers we have available. You can opt out of this at any time.
How do i receive my goods?
Providing our stock of the goods you order are held at our main warehouse your parcel(s) will be delivered on a next day service between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm. We may need to recall certain stock lines from our stores which may lead to a longer delivery schedule, but we aim to ship all parcels within 5 working days.
If you are unable to receive your goods or have missed our courier 'City Link' they will try your neighbours address and will leave a card at your home informing you of this.
If they are unsuccessful they will leave a card with their telephone number for you to contact them to arrange a preferred delivery date, your parcel will be held until you call City Link to inform them of a suitable delivery date.
If you would NOT like your goods left with a neighbour you must inform us in your 'special delivery instructions' when placing your order.
How do I pay?
- Step 1 - View and Update Your Shopping Basket
Check/Change Product Quantities or Remove a product from the basket.
- Step 2 - Basket Confirmation
Confirm that you have finished shopping and are ready to enter personal & payment details.
- Step 3 - Enter Personal, Delivery and Payment details and Send Order
Your personal, delivery and payment details are taken via our secure transaction server protecting your details using an industry standard 128bit SSL encryption certificate, guaranteeing your complete confidence in the privacy of your personal and payment details. We currently accept the following credit and debit cards.

All prices include VAT where applicable at the current rate (17.5%).
A VAT receipt will be sent to you when your order is dispatched.
- Step 4 - Order Details Confirmation
Details of your order placement are confirmed back to you along with your order reference number which should be quoted in all correspondence with us.
- Step 5 - Order Availability Checked & Confirmed
We check stock availability and validate your credit card details.
All orders are then despatched within 5 working days (orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the following working day). If there is a problem we will contact you to discuss your options.
- Step 6 - Payment Taken, Order Dispatch and Confirmation
Order is dispatched and your payment charged to your credit/debit card. You will be notified by e-mail that your order has been processed and payment taken.
What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure stands for Three Domain Secure – the payment industry’s internet authentication standard which has been developed by the major card schemes. Visa has called their version of the scheme ‘Verified by Visa’ and MasterCard have called their equivalent initiative ‘MasterCard SecureCode’. These are both collectively referred to as 3D Secure.
3D Secure authentication requires the cardholder to register their card to take advantage of this service. This is a one time process which takes place on the card issuer’s website and involves the cardholder answering several security questions to which only the card issuer and cardholder will know the answer. The cardholder selects a password and agrees on a secret phrase, which will be used by the card issuer during each online transaction.
3D Secure can be thought of as an online version of ‘Chip and Pin’ technology, whereby the cardholder has a personalised password registered with their card that is entered during the checkout process. 3D Secure is predicted to become the industry standard by the end of 2007 and all online consumers will soon become as familiar with this, as when they enter their ‘Pin’ number at a cash machine or till in a shop.
